Our Story
Pro-Build Group is operating under the umbrella of Square Feet, Inc., which was originally established as a construction design and management company by Tom Alexander in 2003.
A graduate of Rutgers University - Tom started his construction education while still in school and has been continuing it ever since.
Fifteen years of hands on experience eventually allowed him to seamlessly transition into estimation, management and design fields and creation of his own construction management and consulting company.
Since then he successfully led, managed and completed numerous private, commercial, industrial as well as multi-million dollar public projects while developing and coalescing a network of highly qualified individuals and businesses.
Nowadays this network includes not only Contractors from specific trades, but also Architects, Engineers, Interior Designers, Mortgage Brokers as well as Real Estate Agents - all working together towards achieving a common goal.

Our Approach

We communicate with our clients and their design team early and often to ensure that every project goal is met, maintaining an open and honest dialogue about progress and challenges. Our ability to work as a team – collaborating with clients, architects and designers to implement the project’s vision – is a defining Pro-Build Group characteristic.
To assist with the implementation of a client’s vision, we can provide area-specific model mock-ups. Once a plan is in place, our team goes to work. Every team member is held to our exacting standards of professionalism. On-site work is done with immense care and respect for the client. Meticulous site protection is a Pro-Build Group trademark.
Our work doesn’t end there. As a testament to our quality of work and our clients' trust, we are hired to provide ongoing maintenance service, post-renovation, for the majority of our projects.

From custom millwork to large-scale stone installations, we employ and work with skilled tradesmen with the ability to execute any project, seamlessly. Our supervisors possess decades of hands-on experience overseeing large, complicated projects.
With the bulk of the expertise under one roof, we can execute nearly every aspect of a project. This ensures our team can work efficiently and finish quickly, resulting in a smooth process.
